Delete your Riseward account

You can delete your account at any time, right from the app. Deletion is permanent and immediate.

From the app

1. Open Riseward and sign in.
2. Go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
3. Read what is deleted, enter your password and confirm.

Without the app

Write to support@riseward.app from your account's email address asking for deletion. Before going ahead we may ask you to confirm the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in sessions and notification devices.
• The plan register and the backup on Riseward systems, if you turned it on.
• On the phone: plans, activities and the data saved by the app.

iCloud or Google Drive backups are in your own storage: you can delete them from the iCloud or Google Drive settings. Our server's safety copies are overwritten within 14 days. Only the data the law requires us to keep, such as tax records of purchases, remain for the time stated in the privacy policy.

Subscription: on Android, deleting the account also cancels your Google Play subscription. On iPhone Apple does not allow apps to do this: cancel it in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
